We got the go ahead at the doctor's office to try oatmeal cereal! Mary Elizabeth wasn't quite sure what we were doing, but she was watching and waiting.
The first bite didn't get much of a reaction.
She was so funny! She would lean forward and pull my hand towards her, but after she had a bite she made a terible face and pushed the cereal out of her mouth. I think she is going to catch on to this cereal thing quickly!

Love the blog!!!! About the cereal thing - so funny that she reaches for the spoon and then spits the cereal out! Obviously eating from a spoon is something she wants to do, she's just not sure how the process works yet.
